Description: Various protections for citizens from snipers who targeted them from surrounding hills were set up at city intersections. This was one of the most dangerous intersections in Sarajevo. The way the young men cross the street in this footage was recorded for the needs of the film and is an expression of a kind of bravery. The usual way to cross such places was to run across.
